BidWright
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 June 2026
In short: Bidwright subscriptions are billed in advance and you can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you're never charged again after you cancel. If a first-time paid subscription isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days for your money back. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded.
1. What this covers
This policy applies to paid Bidwright subscriptions (currently Pro and Team — see pricing). The Free plan and early-access usage are not charged, so nothing here applies to them. Bidwright is a product of Ebenworks ("we", "us").
2. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel. We'll show the price and billing cycle clearly before you pay.
- Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; Ebenworks Systems (Pvt) Ltd is the Merchant of Record and handles invoicing and applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/sales tax) (see section 7).
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of that first charge and we'll refund it in full — no need to explain why. This guarantee applies once, to your initial purchase.
4. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then it won't renew and you won't be charged again.
- We don't automatically pro-rate or refund the unused part of a period after the 14-day window — you simply keep access through the time you've already paid for. (See section 5 for exceptions.)
- Your work product (company profile, bids, answer library) is stored in your browser and is unaffected by cancellation; you can export it from Settings at any time.
5. Refunds outside the guarantee
Beyond the 14-day guarantee, we will refund (in full or pro-rated, as appropriate):
- Duplicate or accidental charges, or any charge resulting from a billing error.
- A charge that renewed despite a timely cancellation request.
- A sustained service outage or material failure on our side that prevented you from using the service for a significant part of a paid period.
We review other refund requests case by case and aim to be fair. Because Bidwright produces drafts that you review and use, we generally don't refund a completed period simply because a bid was not won — outcomes depend on your final, human-verified submission, which is outside our control.
6. How to request a refund
Email bidwright@ebenworks.co from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge (or your Stripe receipt). We'll respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Merchant of Record
Ebenworks Systems (Pvt) Ltd is the Merchant of Record for Bidwright subscriptions; card payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe. We handle invoicing and applicable taxes, and your card statement may show a Stripe or Ebenworks descriptor. Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. This policy describes the refund terms we offer for Bidwright.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; we'll change the date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
